Outdoor Living Room Design & Construction

We meet in person to have a conversation. This is an open conversation to get to know each other and share thoughts on the project. We also use this opportunity to take measurements.

We put together your design proposal that includes an outline design budget and get your approval. In this phase, you also meet the designer and revisit the design priorities. Then we present your project in 2D or 3D.

The construction proposal will have the outlined budget for construction and materials. We will also meet to review material samples and finalize product selection.

Your project manager is your point of contact as construction begins. They will keep you updated on the progress either in person or by email.

Before the project is complete we clean up our work and furnish your outdoor space, so it’s ready to use immediately.

When we complete your project, we walk you through the finished product with one of our team members. During this walkthrough, you can voice any questions or concerns you might have.
